Steve Keen (born 28 March 1953) is an Australian-born, British-based economist and author. He considers himself a post-Keynesian, criticising neoclassical economics as inconsistent, unscientific and empirically unsupported. The major influences on Keen's thinking about economics include John Maynard Keynes, Karl Marx, Hyman Minsky, Piero Sraffa, Augusto Graziani, Joseph Alois Schumpeter, Thorstein Veblen, and François Quesnay.

    Might just be me but I cannot stand the music, it makes it so hard to listen to what you're saying and it sounds like something from an ancient aliens style TV show… Gives a bit of a scammy feel to it, which I know really isn't representative of your actual work. I like to listen to your stuff, but I find these horrible. Just my impression.
