They can't declare bankruptcy, they can't sue for false advertising on useless courses that provide no viable employment nor can they sue the crooks who signed them up, that contract is protected by back to front law.., and that's just the beginning of it.
Why is an equivalent of a George Orwellian education factory described as a university if it is not designed for universal studies?
Maybe this is a bit harsh, but let's ask the people who could be voters in their democracy to apply what they have learned, to making Constitutional Democracy effective.
