The Forever War is basically natural competition between approximate equals, the mixture of the, fittest, strongest and sex selections in the actual mono-dualistic continuous connection concept of magical-functional mnemonic word creation for memory associations.

The political word use is pretty inept, the meanings shift as often as tounges wag, and from the Socratic Philosophy POV, "nothing succeeds like success", which is at best metastable and the continuous q-a cause-effect of quality evaluation, aka Uncertainty Principle Observation.
