Foreign aids/debts aren't for other countries benefit or the world at large. They were tools for control.

I think its a really poorly titled short. I don't like this Robert Murphy guy, seems amicable in person but he's done some dodgy ecocidal work. "the economics literature does not support the 1.5 degree ceiling" on the impartial fraiser institute – where he uses dice to argue against trying to stop climate change, elsewhere he critiques the foundations of dice – NC econ… its slimy. I wouldnt platform this dude (if it is murphy anyway)
