Summary:
We wrapped up our "Synoptic" Obsidian Book Club today and in a couple of weeks will meet again to begin discussing Thomas Piketty's new book, A Brief History of Equality. Returning members are invited -- as are people who might be interested in the topic and curious about Obsidian and Zoom as ways of connecting with like-minded readers! Along the way, we're sure to continue talking about our note-making processes, too!

Thomas Piketty
Thomas Piketty (7 May 1971) is a French economist who works on wealth and income inequality. He is a professor (directeur d'études) at the École des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS), associate chair at the Paris School of Economics and Centennial professor at the London School of Economics new International Inequalities Institute.
