Europe is kaput? debate with Yanis Varoufakis

Summary:
I fixed this audio by (feel free to reupload DiEM25): 1) Making it mono, so now one of the stereo (left) channels, became middle channel. 2) Adding tiny amount of stereo plugin (only 8%), this creates a more, in your face type of sound. 3) Small amount of compression (around 3 - 4db) to make the audio a little more consistent in volume. 4) Drive the volume up into a limiter until it is just about clipping, then pull it back a little. This is to boost volume without introducing clipping which sounds harsh. 5) De-click plugin, there were loud clicks during some parts of the audio, which this plugin helped to reduce. 6) Resonant peak reduction plugin to reduce sharp sounds made while talking, such as ssssss sounds.
