  3. House of Mike standing firm.

  4. Thanks for the updates, Mike. I have never really bought bonds or bond funds before, but I will be checking into it. I believe your guidance and acknowledge it might take time to materialize.

  5. Best way to trade this, namely bonds becoming more in demand m, is likely LEAPS on TLT Mike?

  6. Glad to hear your good Michael

  7. Most appreciative of the daily commentary, Mike! Thanks for all you do and relieved to hear your property is safe.

Great news Mike!!!! Looking forward to reading the next MMT Report for sure.

  9. Mike are you saying buy TLT or buy treasuries? Sorry, not into bonds at all.

Make sure they put that generator on an elevated pad

I suspect the fed has been cutting rates because commercial real estate was in trouble.

  13. Good to hear no significant damage from Milton.

  14. I'm favoured, $32K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America.

  15. Mike just sell the house and move somewhere safe… i dont think its worth the constant stress of storms coming in and you having to evacuate. The US is big, find another place to settle down. Just my opinion. Take care Mike 🙂

  16. I remember you asked about some rich one, why does he need so many houses?
There are things other than hurricanes, storms and even natural hazards which necessitate alternative houses.

  17. Subscribed and I'm with you holding tlt/tmf for 1.5 years now. It hasn't been much fun though but hoping my patience eventually pays off. How are you trading bonds options or equities?

No natural gas where you live, Mike? Here in Houston most people run their standby generator on natural gas. It eliminates the need for fuel delivery. You have effectively infinite run-time. We've experienced loss of utility power up to 2 weeks, after Hurricane Ike in 2008.

  19. Might be a good idea to move, Mike. Go for the high mountains this time?

  20. I don't get what he means, is it buying bonds or what?
