Private debt is irrelevant. You need to consider the net position.
Assets minus debt and for almost all that is positive. The reason is there are three debts, student loans mortgages and credit cards. Poor people don't get credit cards. For those with large credit card debts they typically have a house and equity there. Sure they get wiped out. Student loans? It's a tough lesson. In lots of cases its never paid, but then it goes to the problem debtor. The state.

Most of Michael Hudson's research is about credibility and experience in a Leader's creditable performance, often interpreted as religious/rigorous missions in civil works or military campaigns that are part of the population fitting in with the annual Calendar of superimposed cycles, (It's always NOW), and the skills of time-timing policies that achieve best results attract followers to worship/love achievement. This credibility is traded upon, solid goods in standardised formats, liquid assets and symbolic representations of value, and political/religious reasons derived from operations in engineering the general environment to protect the population socially responsible for guarding peace and safety, ie health and welfare.

Creditable representation of innate form following functional logarithmic condensation-coordination vanishing-into-no-thing Singularity-point positioning is the Observable constant unity-connection for Sciencing.

Australian credibility is a negative quality/quantity in maintaining ecological balance in ecology and doing reasonable Sciencing Re-search to repair and restore a credible measure of institutional honesty.
