Fabio Bonciani interviews  Warren Mosler, an American economist and entrepreneur, formerly a hedge fund manager; an activity that allowed him to fully understand the functioning of modern monetary and accounting systems of Central Banks and a State, upto developing those concepts that have led him today to be considered the father originator of the most recent formulation of Modern Money Theory (MMT).
