Russian allegations of rampant Nazism in Europe (The basis of Nazism is exceptionalism leading to quest for dominance. This is the basis of not only German Nazism under Hitler. Those who identify specifically as Nazi show this, but there are many others that have similar views that don't identify with German Nazism or consider themselves Nazi. But exceptionalism (read superiority) is endemic in Western society and it manifests as systemic racism resulting from centuries of imperialism and colonization that have affected the culture.
