My Talking Head For Today. The first sign that Mariupol's operation nears the end is the fact that in the last 24 hours Russian forces managed to evacuate 31.4 thousand civilians from Mariupol (in Russian) and that shows both a shrinkage of the area of intensive urban combat and large losses in personnel of Azov and VSU forces surrounded in the center of Mariupol. These are also 31.4 thousand witnesses to atrocities and crimes against humanity by West's Nazi darlings of Azov and VSU.
