They're going to draw down the TGA, and when the debt ceiling comes, more of the magical CMBs will be issued as they always are and will patch up the situation until it gets resolved. These are some mysterious bills. CMBs – Cash Management Bills. If anyone has any info on these, I'd appreciate it.
