  1. A change in your gut flora may have triggered the gout. When you relocate to another region, the bacteria in your gut undergo a change/replacement.

  2. No! No! No! I Do not take NSAID's ( Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs) they will hit the kidneys harder! Acupuncture, Homeopathy, and the Stinging Nettle Tea ( UK Stinging nettle). I just had it for the first time at age 45! Most painful thing I ever had. I was awake for 2 days with the throbbing.
Know what caused mine? Coffee!!! You must drink 650ml water as you wake up before any coffee,. I don't drink or eat red meat. That is a kidney warning! Gout originates from kidney weakness – and there is genetic predisposition from one's parents most of the time.

  3. Try giving up drinking.

  4. Turmeric and ginger might help.

  5. good to hear about your knee !!

  6. Read the leaflet with info that comes with ibuprofen. You need to calculate your intake of ibuprofen based on your body weight, just having 1 pill every 8 hours is usually not enough

  7. For a second I thought you were turning into a pornstar
