  3. Why does the tax drain still happen after tax day?

    • they pay on the day but they have to fill that cash back in the account. if you add speculators, hf's, cta's, emotions, doomsday lovers, market makers hedging, etc you have more forces combined pushing prices down. a lot of my portfolio stocks bottomed before the spx index.

      Also a hysteresis effect of funds actually leaving accounts. My bank did not post the debit to my account until today, April 22.

  6. Come on Mike. Tesla is tanking. Its disconnected from tax drains and the entire market.
