the solar eclipse based on my understanding is very common happens like every couple of years like 18 months or something .. most of the solar eclipses happen over the oceans & in areas people don't pay attention to it..

Gold and BTC aren't investments, they're alternate currencies. ie. no intrinsic value.
@billcarruth8122 Yes but 'investors' in the sense they see capital gains against what they perceive as the devaluation of the $USD as a result of increasing National Debt.

Mike I am with ya on the whole Eclipse stuff,Myself not going to spend Thousands of $ to get to best spots to watch,it was ok to watch but not going put of way for it.
Interest Rates: Pros and Cons to it depends which side of fence you are on.Right now id like Rates to go higher to about 10% to 15%.It would be nice to get rewarded more for saving.As far as harder to get credit if people save and compound interest they are less like to need as much credit 💳.Also id like to see those out there who need an affordable house to own be able to get one if high rates eventually drive housing prices down.Ill adjust and ride the waves whichever way they go 😎🌊
I saw the eclipse and gotta decent video of it posted up. In my local area we got about 90 percent but my mom went down to Missouri with my aunt and got to see the totality. Its pretty amazing in my opinion.
