    I'm f-ing running out of patiences as well when it comes to the Toronto housing markets, everytime time my stock portfolio increases and i think I'm ahead of the game , the dam house prices in Toronto explode to the upside, sucks to be a first time home buyer in the year 2021 in Canada when home price are increasing +30% annually

    next generation is gonna be screwed when it comes to housing unless they have access to the Bank of Mom and Dad lol..
