    What I was waiting for, Michael Norman to say bullish sentiment skyrockets. Sell!

    I'm against the stimulus in theory also, but it's practically a necessity at this point.

Banks get stimulus every day; yet congress is broken; & potus cannot write those kinds of check for 1200 check, enhance snap, extend unemployment 3 months would factor positively for mainstreet w/o the congress. But remem this govt is disfunctional and central reason is TDS. Last 4 yrs redefine gridlock and bad legal precdents. The executive branch been under siege with little to no coop other than extending / affirming debt ceiling deadlines.
