The Chinese have an natural advantage in that their strategy is based on swarming and they are by far the largest country in population, their only competitor on this metric is India. (China is also the forth largest country geographically, with Russia first, Canada second and the US third.)

Israel is more or less forced to develop this approach since it is small country both in population and landmass compared to its potential adversaries, Iran especially. In addition, Israel lost its last encounter with Hezbollah and is still smarting from that.
