Overhead Costs; TSMC may not be burdened by the same overhead costs which are included in US Labor’s pay. This is one reason they may wish to bring...

Tiny Homes Improve the Economy and Are More Than Just Backyard Gimmicks (Edited)

Downsizing was the way to go as we got older and are kid free. Doing so had nothing to do with maintaining our larger house (2600 sq. feet) sitting on over 1/2 acre. I kind of liked maintaining it. It got me outside. In the new community, we are on a city-sized lot and ~1500 square feet of house living space. The only issue is the HOA and those critters cost money. Social Security on Brink of Collapse, Dramatic Changes Coming – Some With ‘Bipartisan Support’

Dale Coberly: This is part 2 of a comment I began July 18 on Angry Bear.  It is a reply to an article appearing on the internet by Andrew Herrig at wealthynickel.com  under the title. “With Social Security on Brink of Collapse, Dramatic Changes Coming – Some With ‘Bipartisan Support,’” WEALTHY NICKEL, written by Andrew Herrig. The first part of my commentary noted that Herrig ignores that Social Security can fix itself simply by raising the...

There is more to this story than just making technology open to the public so others can manufacturer it. Think about what is being said here. The manufacture of face masks went overseas. When many were needed, foreign manufacture could not keep up and the prices were ridiculous. We are in a situation of whether we want all product being manufactured overseas and face shortages and high prices even though costs do not require such? Speaking of...
