Move to South Laguna Beach, California. Flordia is only for dying NYers. I was trained as a value investor my grandmother that owned four MCDonalds I Southern California bought MCD under .012 cents and kept on buying. It's now about $300/ share. That's value. When I went into stockbroker, my grandmother said buy MCD. I did. Our family are major shareholders.
