Something you didn’t mention is that base metals…copper and zinc…are booming.
In many ways, copper and zinc are a better gauge than oil, because the metals supply is more constant than oil supply.

Now 2% interest housing prices in bubble territory.

I absolutely agree with you 100%. Mainstream Media ignores the election fraud UNTILL it's too late. The reputational damage for Media might be beyond repair when the Supreme Court intervenes in the election. Trump will most likely stay President of the USA.
