Market rebounds, as I said. Positive fiscal flow. What’s ahead?

Summary:
Like I said, in the lead up to today's action, large first-of-month gov't disbursement would boost stocks. Rally should continue into early next week, then slowing fiscal should create a pullback. 10. Won’t the higher rates mean government servicing of their debt is way more expensive thus sending their spending up??

    • Economy Forecast Laboratory

yes, thats also an inflation. its called a fed jnflation or a banking inflation. sometimes its categorized as stagflation. people think stagflation comes naturally, but its really all the wrong doings caused by the fed that controls the rate

  11. So the whole market can be predicted by one variable (Nett fiscal flow)? Absolute nonsense.

    • Van Thang Nguyen

What other variables do you think the market will based on? Or upon which we can predict the market?

  12. Mike I've been following for years. Learned alot. Made money in some quite suggestions of yours. I was a aide to Buzzy Schwartz the, original, ' Pit Bull'. He allowed me to trade a couple of times. All successful. I think in gold.

And when you said you had a bad fall in running , I suggested to check out your eyes. Now you are using glasses all the time. Good, you found out my suggestion to help you.

  13. Great work Mike!

  14. what is the relationship between stock index S&P500 stocks up 622% March 2009 low 666 to Jan 2022 high 4818. GDP no way went up 622% and no way mutual funds and IRA's and 401K.s went up 622%. What is real and what is propped up fluff.

there is no relationship between gdp and stock profits. any trading assets can be just pumped by not selling when capital flows in. gdp doesnt sync with anything meaningful. even minimum wage doesnt even keep up with gdp growth.

  15. Lol "market rebounds as i said"? You flipflop on a daily basis.

A day trader myself, your analysis of oil is absolutely correct. A total bull market.

  17. What are the taxes that are draining money out of the economy? I don't know of any tax hikes. Also won't the rate increases, increase government spending in order to cover the interest rates?
