About coffee business: I've been watching Dave Asprey for the past 5 or 6 years. He started a coffee brand called Bulletproof. The main selling point is that that his coffee is tested for mold. His claim is that most other coffees contain mold whereas his coffee doesn't. Thus in order to sell coffee need to find a unique benefit. Either it's better for your health or has more caffeine, or freshly roasted, taste better, or something.
Please keep speaking about the market. Your wonderful but few followers really appreciate it…
I actually like that this channel has modest views. Quality over quantity. Some of the most garbage investing content out there has tons of views and subscribers.
Mike please talk more about economics in general. For example what is your view automation and its impact on employment.
I'm here for intellectual growth not so much long term or short term investments or trades.

I enjoy all your vids man. Whether it's about the markets, MMT, wilderness survival, Grand canyon hikes and coffee. You're a man with a lot of knowledge, and you're willing to teach it in your own way. A way that I'm able to learn and something I never had coming up. Used to be one who argued against mmt, but Adam(i've mentioned him before) turned me onto you, and it's since been a complete 180 in world view. Some people just have a way of explaining things. Even learning that the coffee beans come from types of cherries, never knew that. You do whatever you wanna do man.

I wonder if some of that extra success from the last video was due to the casual nature of the video. A lot of people lack mentors or interaction with experienced people. Its nice to hear the way you think about the world and your general approach. No need to make it direct but your life experience naturally comes through when you talk and people can learn from that without feeling like they're pressured to act in particular ways (that pressure is common in a lot of 'self-improvement' 'mentor' type channels that have direct approaches)
Mike, just a idea dont bite my head of for it. Why dont you do a day to day segment on short term trading so the investors like you get what they need and the nut jobs like me a many more get the day to day action that they want. Its just a idea dont come at. I come in peace :)).
The only times i dont watch your clips is when i have a bad day in the market :))

I think there will be a return to Keynes – a newly bastardised version! Why? One, we can't compete with China's mixed economy. Two, Golden Age of Capitalism. Three, Martin Wolf in FT. Then MMT fundamentals will slowly get corrected without anyone noticing or having to admit how insanely wrong they were.
This seems good to me because I grew up in a Nordic model country – circle of life – and because the renewable energy revolution – abundant, nearly free energy – plus precision fermentation, cellular agriculture and the impacts of continued digitisation, especially AI on everything everywhere, can potentially create a world of abundance. No place for a political economy based on scarcity. (Of course the social change will be bigger and harder than the material-technological change. And the transition to a multipolar world may kill us all first)
